    Questions and answers

    Do I need to be an IMA member to view the content of the Online School?
    No. The courses in all of the domains of the Online School are free of charge and do not require IMA membership, unless otherwise stated. There are a number of courses that require a fee
    the fee will be lower for IMA members
    How can I view the content of the Online School?
    If you are an IMA member, or have registered on the site in the past, you can find a Log in button on the site’s homepage. After clicking on the button, a form will open where you can enter your ID number and log in with a password or a code sent to your mobile device. If you are not registered in the system, or do not have a password, and it’s the first time you’re trying to view the school’s content, you can register as a new user via the link below. You’ll receive a password via email within two working days. The password will enable you to log in and view the content.

    What if I am unable to log into the system?
    Try again to type in your information and make sure you enter your 9-digit ID number accurately. If you still are unable to log in, contact customer support at:

    Yes
    Can I download presentations?
    In most cases, you’ll be able to download and print the course’s presentations – subject to copyright. In some cases, this will not be possible.
    Can I log in via a mobile device?
    Yes, the site is also adapted for use via cell phones and tablets.
    What if I forget my password?

    Is there some place where I can receive instructions on using the site and the courses of the Online School?

    If I want to update my personal information, what do I do?
    You can update your personal information in a form via this link: https://www.ima.org.il/mainsite/doctorcard/personalcard.aspx or contact IMA customer support at 03-6100471
    In courses that award a certificate, how do I receive the certificate after completing the course?
    A certificate will be send to you via regular mail or via email, according to the addresses in the system. If the address is not up-to-date, please update the information in advance to ensure that you’ll receive the certificate.
    Which associations are active in IMA’s Online School?
